What your support makes possible.

People & coordination

Program coordination, Elder outreach, youth matching and the time needed to keep relationships strong.

Safe participation

Orientation, screening, insurance, transportation and cultural guidance from an Elder Advisory Circle.

Youth learning

Educational honoraria, iPads for learning, program materials and community gatherings that recognize service.

A community-led partnership.

The program has a Telegraph Creek-specific book, an operating manual, forms and safety protocols. Its first Youth/Elder Dinner brought young people and Elders together around a meal prepared and served by youth.

Partnership conversations can explore support for the whole first year or for individual program needs. Recognition can include program materials, the dedicated portal and community events, as agreed with the program team.

Follow the difference you help make.

The proposed evaluation framework tracks Elders served, youth participation, volunteer hours and participant feedback. These measures help the team understand both practical support and the relationships being built.
